In Her Words....
In my younger years, I could lose weight by just eating less and going to the gym. But as I entered by 50s, I realized that the strategies I used to use, didn't work anymore. I wasn't reaching my goals.... Until I found Kelly and Avita.
I remember the day well, I read an article in a local magazine and an article she wrote about her journey through menopause. After a while of thinking about it, I decided I was ready to call Kelly...and soon after, I joined the Avita program. What I learned is that this program acknowledges that we are not the same people we were before, for example, when I was 35. It provides me with strategies we can use now...being mindful about what we eat, how much water we drink, what habits are no longer serving us and how to create a sustainable lifestyle.
Kelly is a great mentor who provides encouragement and support along the journey. With her help, I actually achieved that goal that I put on my wall 15 years ago! I actually weigh less now than I did when I left college in 1988, so it's been a wonderful journey. I highly recommend this program for anyone who is trying to improve their life and just take control of their health.
